This includes:
- 2 nights accommodation at Hotel Far Hills Inn, double occupancy
- 2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday)
- 2 suppers (Friday and Saturday)
- cross country trails (with trails leaving directly from the hotel and centered about the hotel, you have direct access to the largest cross-country ski network in the Laurentians).
- pianist at the bar Panorama
- Activities on site: swimming pool, hot tub, etc.
- All taxes and service charge
- Car pooling to be organized closer to date of departure. It is located in the Laurentiens, in Val-Morin, Quebec, about 2.5 hours drive from Ottawa.

- The deposits are non refundable
- Monies are refunded if the group finds a suitable replacement 3 days prior to departure
