BIG SKY at 11,166 feet, Lone Peak looms over
the skyline like the giant that it is. 3,812 acres of terrain span
three interconnected mountains with a total vertical of 4350 feet.
Plenty of elbowroom here, the sheer magnitude of the resort coupled
with state-of-the-art lift system makes lift lines virtually non-existent.
The Mountain Village has all the amenities you’ve come to
expect at a winter resort destination, yet it remains an intimate
community with small town friendliness that keeps people coming
back. Moonlight Basin, located on the north face of Lone Peak, has
terrain for every ability level – from gentle greens to some
of the most challenging chutes and bowls in the Rockies. The big
Sky/Moonlight Basin interconnect is the biggest skiing in America.
Cross country trails are also available.

NEW: If you do not have premium status in Mileage
Plus or Star Alliance, you may check one bag for $15.00 and a second
bag for $25.00 (each way). A ski bag + boot bag will still count
as one piece of luggage. The fees will need to be paid upon check-in
at the airport.

Accommodation at Huntley Lodge:
Conveniently located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village,
this three-story hotel was part of the late NBC news broadcaster
Chet Huntley's original vision. With recent remodeling, it is as
tasteful as it is convenient with its ski-in/out location. First
Class rooms feature 2 queen beds, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge,
wet bar and seating area. The Huntley complex includes an outdoor
heated pool, whirlpool, weight room, sauna, a fine dining room,
lounge, coffee cart, concierge, shops, grocery store, ski storage,

Make sure you have proper identification for this trip
(passport is required). We also need the exact name on your passport,
to issue your airline ticket.
Options:
- If you want the land package only (no airline), deduct $645.00.
Please be sure to coordinate flight times with the group in order
to make the bus connections
- For non-skier or down hill tickets not required, deduct $350.00
- For single supplement, it is $2855.00 (for the 7 nights, 6
day skiing)
- Let me know at time of booking about your return date, if different
from March 6, 2009.
- For 9 nights and 8 days skiing (from Feb. 27 to March 8), it
is $2525.00 for double occupancy or $3505.00 for single occupancy
Insurance:
It is recommended to protect non-refundable deposits in the event
that participants are forced to cancel their vacation prior to departure
due to medical reasons. If insurance is required, please provide
us with your birth date. Insurance premiums are due at time of deposit.

Cancellation fees:
from time of initial deposit to 31 days prior to departure - forfeiture
of $300 per person. From 30 days to 22 days prior to departure -
forfeiture of $800 per person. From 21 days to date of departure
- forfeiture of total holiday price.
Payment:
$300 deposit + insurance due when booking plus
a cheque for the balance, dated January 6 / 2009. Space is limited
on this trip, to ensure your reservation, booking as early as possible
is recommended. Deposit is required before October 31st,
2008
