This includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation at Auberge Versant Nord, double occupancy
  • 2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 2 suppers (Friday and Saturday)
  • 2 lunch boxes (Saturday and Sunday)
  • All taxes and service charges (gratuities on meals)
  • Car pooling to be organized closer to date of departure. It is located in the Laurentiens, Tremblant North, Quebec, about 2.5 hours drive from Ottawa.

Extra: cross country fee to the Park (last year it was $11.25 per person per day). Price to be confirmed later. Lots of trails just 6 km from the Auberge. There are also trails behind the Auberge.

Health Insurance:
Ensure you have adequate coverage. You can get some through CAA. Check their web site at caaneo.on.ca or call them at 820-1890. The plan is called "Manulife Financial", contact them directly.

Cancellation Charges:

  • The deposits are non refundable
  • Monies are refunded if the group finds a suitable replacement 3 days prior to departure

Payment: $100 deposit due when booking plus a postdated cheque for the balance dated Dec 19 / 2008
