Health Insurance:
Ensure you have adequate coverage. You can get this through CAA.
Check their their
website or call them at 820-1890. The plan is called "Manulife
Financial", contact them directly.
Cancellation Charges:
- The deposits are non refundable
- Monies are refunded if the group finds a suitable replacement
3 days prior to departure
Payment:
$100 deposit due when booking plus a postdated cheque for the balance
dated Jan 6, 2009
Arrival/Departure Points:
Bus will depart Mitel at 4:00 pm and Coventry road at 4:30 pm
on February 6, 2009.
Bus will return around 10:30 pm on Sunday.
* West end parking:
Mitel Networks is at 350 Legget Drive, Kanata (in front of the
6 story building), parking lot across the street from the building.
Parking free of charge. Although they cannot ensure the safety of
vehicles left in the lot, try to keep vehicles on the south end
of the lot - close to lampposts.
** East end parking:
The East end parking is on Coventry road, parking lot across the
street from TD Waterhouse. It is the overflow parking lot of the
St. Laurent Shopping Center and it is free of charge. The address
of TD Waterhouse is 525 Coventry Rd. (between Vanier Parkway and
St. Laurent). Although they cannot ensure the safety of vehicles
left in the lot, try to keep vehicles close to lampposts.
